Abstract

В статье проводится анализ модернизационного процесса системы пенсионного обеспечения, дается оценка эффективности от внедрения многокомпонентности структурного построения системы пенсионного обеспечения, включающей три основных элемента: единый, фиксированный базовый размер страховой части трудовой пенсии, система условно-накопительных счетов (УНС), обязательный накопительный элемент.
