Реструктуризация И Размывание Прав Собственности В Транзитивной Экономике

Abstract

Россия имеет длительную историю управления, на протяжении которой контроль осуществлялся группами, состоящими из управленцев, представителей трудовых коллективов и инсайдеров, являющихся представителями местных органов власти. В переходной экономике центральное планирование и надзор министерств в некоторой степени ограничивали процесс принятия решений инсайдерами. Рассмотрим три взаимосвязанные проблемы, свойственные российской экономике, существование которых обусловлено начальной структурой собственности и контролем инсайдеров.
