Abstract

Разделение предприятия на подразделения или юридические лица, объединение различных предприятий в одну фирму, как правило, преследует одну цель повысить эффективность работы, т.е. увеличить доходность данного бизнеса. Концерн это хозяйственное объединение, основанное на участии головной компании в производственных связях и в капитале входящих в него предприятий. Концерны не однотипны и различаются главным образом степенью самостоятельности входящих в них предприятий [3].
