Abstract

Среди производственных комплексов, образующих структуру российской экономики, топливноэнергетическому комплексу отводят особое место, поскольку энергетика, и в большей степени ее электроэнергетическая составляющая, в существенной мере определяет безопасность государства. Ведущая роль электроэнергетики в экономическом потенциале страны определяется ярко выраженной функциональной зависимостью между динамикой ВВП и выработкой электроэнергии [2]. Эффективное развитие данной отрасли формирует возможности для решения огромного комплекса вопросов социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации в текущем десятилетии и в долгосрочной перспективе.
