Abstract

В настоящей статье предпринята попытка реализовать концепцию развития управленческого учета в сельскохозяйственном производстве. С целью совершенствования методики организации системы управленческого учета раскрыта сущность основных формализованных процедур, позволяющих типизировать внедрение данной информационной системы в практику любого сельскохозяйственного экономического субъекта. В свою очередь, реализация всех изложенных мероприятий обеспечит адекватное управление и принятие эффективных тактических и стратегических управленческих решений в динамично меняющихся рыночных условиях.
