Abstract

Организационно-правовые формы ведения бизнеса закреплены в Гражданском кодексе Российской Федерации. У каждой из них есть не только свои плюсы, но и минусы, которые требуют детального рассмотрения. Элементы сравнения преимуществ и недостатков можно классифицировать следующим образом: 1) ответственность, 2) порядок регистрации, 3) порядок ликвидации, 4) налоговая нагрузка и количество деклараций, 5)ведение обязательного учета, 6) особенности расчетов наличными [3].
