Abstract

Гендерная дифференциация: влияние локальных рынков труда Актуальность темы статьи определяется тем, что формирование рынка труда в России усилило гендерную дифференциацию, факторами которой кроме тех, что выделены в рамках неоклассической теории, стали и специфические, обусловленные транзитивным характером экономики России 90-х гг. завершившегося столетия. В статье проведён анализ рынков труда в нашей стране с учётом их локализации с точки зрения гендерной дискриминации. Для адекватного отражения соответствующих закономерностей автором предлагается модель порядковой регрессии.
