Abstract

Разработанный и апробированный отраслевой стандарт «Организация функционального учета в строительстве» рекомендует к использованию в строительной отрасли системы функциональных методов (АВС, PFC, Цепочка создания ценностей, Точно в срок, Таджер-костинг, Интегрированный АВС с элементами CVP). Использование стандарта позволяет организовать учет доходов, расходов и результатов строительных организаций по функциям, а также сформировать систему показателей для функционального контроля.
