Abstract

Доминирующим императивом этапа восстановительного роста национальной экономики является переход от политики краткосрочных «чрезвычайных» мер к стратегии инновационного развития отечественных предприятий и компаний. Указанный переход открывает возможность для комплексного и эффективного решения сразу нескольких фундаментальных проблем: восстановление отечественными производителями утраченных в 90-е гг. позиций на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, наращивание выпуска наукоемкой и конкурентоспособной продукции, технологическая модернизация производства и рационализация отраслевой структуры экономики, достижение более высокого уровня эффективности индивидуального и общественного воспроизводства, обеспечение эффективной занятости и стабильного роста реальных доходов населения.
