Abstract

Сегодня в туристском бизнесе значимой тенденцией является усиление концентрационных процессов посредством объединения туристских предприятий, причины этого связаны преимущественно с обострением конкурентной борьбы на межрегиональном и международном туристских рынках, высокой капиталоемкостью отрасли. Ее конкретными проявлениями являются: формирование крупных объединений различного вида с целью стабилизации позиций на рынке, контроля за ценами, относительного снижения расходов и прочее; установление зон влияния и распределение рынка по территориям, видам туризма, целевым группам; кооперация деятельности независимых туристских агентств или монопольных формирований по пути добровольного сотрудничества [7].
