Abstract

Эффективность разработки, принятия и реализации управленческих решений мезоэкономического масштаба в значительной степени сопряжена с полнотой применения инструментария системного подхода для интеграции потенциала государственного, коммерческого и некоммерческого секторов в процессе постановки и достижения целей экономических систем различных уровней иерархии, комплексного учета факторов, определяющих динамику развития региона, и оценки последствий управленческих воздействий.
