Abstract

В полиструктурных экономических системах соединены разные типы, формы и виды организаций. В мировой экономической практике существует три основных типа фирм, ориентированных на получение прибыли: компания с одним владельцем, партнерство, корпорация. Компания с одним владельцем — это фирма, принадлежащая одному владельцу, который единолично управляет ею, получает всю прибыль, но и лично отвечает по всем ее обязательствам. Такие компании распространены очень широко.
