Abstract

Реализация потенциала энергосбережения должна базироваться на комплексном подходе, представляющем собой систему иерархически соподчиненных задач, решение которых обеспечивает достижение координирующей цели и учитывает воздействие многообразных факторов и параметров технологических и энергосберегающих производств.
