Экономические Инструменты Управления Пространственным Развитием Территорий

Abstract

Рассмотрены некоторые аспекты управления процессами развития территорий и использования специального экономического инструментария для этого. Доказано, что сопряженное и взаимоувязанное развитие всех элементов каждой из инфраструктур территории и их объединенное целенаправленное и не противоречивое функционирование способны обеспечить комплексное развитие как региона в целом, так и входящих в его состав муниципальных образований..
