Необходимость И Цели Реструктуризации Промышленных Предприятий Строительного Комплекса На Современном Этапе Социально-Экономического Развития

Abstract

Современная экономическая действительность в промышленности страны характеризуется следующими особенностями: 1) Потеря управления. 2) Либерализация рынка и ослабление барьеров входа на рынок иностранных компанийпроизводителей. 3) Отсутствие в промышленности страны в целом опыта успешной работы в рыночных условиях хозяйствования. 4) Кадровая проблема, промышленность страны совсем не лидер в части материального стимулирования работников, а в составе самого сектора наивысший уровень заработной платы в добывающих, экспортноориентированных отраслях. 5) Отсутствие инновационного потенциала роста.
