Проблемы Формирования, Распределения И Использования Туристской Ренты В Регионе Кавказские Минеральные Воды

Abstract

Курортный комплекс Кавказских Минеральных Вод (КМВ) имеет 126 санаторно-курортных учреждений и 26 гостиниц, мотелей и туркомплексов. Впервые за последние 10 лет федеральные бальнеологические курорты Кавказских Минеральных Вод в 2005 году приняли на отдых и лечение 606 тыс. человек. В регионе за последние годы четко наметилась динамика роста отдыхающих: со 120 тыс. человек в 1994 году до 606 тыс. в 2005 году. Санаторно-курортный комплекс региона КМВ в 2005 году был загружен на 100%.
