Экономические Интересы В Системе Трудовых Отношений И Их Реализация

Abstract

Произошедшие в начале 90-х изменения экономической системы страны, смена социально-экономических приоритетов, возникновение новых форм собственности и хозяйствования, изменившийся характер общественных отношений стали объективными причинами изменения всей системы трудовых отношений. Появилось множество работодателей, ставших собственниками средств производства. Частная собственность позволила хозяйствующим субъектам самостоятельно решать вопросы, касающиеся трудовых отношений — начиная с условий труда и заканчивая распределением его результатов.
