Abstract

Продовольственный комплекс народного хозяйства выполняет приоритетную роль для экономики Российской Федерации, поскольку эта отрасль обеспечивает удовлетворение важнейших первичных потребностей населения страны. Главным фактором финансового благополучия предприятий пищевой промышленности является их экономическая устойчивость, на которую в первую очередь влияет достигнутый уровень управления производством. Разработка и принятие оптимальных управленческих решений менеджерами происходит в условиях неопределенности рыночной конъюнктуры, а также ограниченности ресурсов.
