Abstract

В настоящее время ни у кого не вызывает сомнений необходимость постановки на предприятиях процесса финансового планирования. Применение финансового планирования в управлении финансами предприятия позволяет не только видеть перспективы развития предприятия, но и адекватно оценивать возможности предприятия в достижении поставленных целей. Финансовое планирование представляет собой процесс составления комплекса финансовых планов, описывающих, как реализация намеченной стратегии развития будет влиять на движение финансовых ресурсов, финансовое состояние и финансовые результаты предприятия.
