Abstract

В сложившейся экономической ситуации, характеризующейся спадом объемов и товарности производства, резким ухудшением материально-технической оснащенности отраслей и секторов экономики, низким уровнем оплаты труда и социальной обеспеченности сельских тружеников, нам представляется актуальной разработка предложений по совершенствованию государственной аграрной политики и повышению эффективности государственного регулирования сельскохозяйственного производства. От реализации этих мероприятий напрямую зависит конкурентоспособность и эффективность отрасли в целом, а также обеспечение продовольственной безопасности, улучшение качества жизни населения страны.
