Abstract

На пути успешного развития российской экономики проявились два новых риска: низкая конкуренция в целом ряде отраслей, которая сдерживает внедрение инноваций, рост производительности труда и раскручивает спираль инфляции и ограничения по доступу российских предприятий к «длинным» деньгам. В условиях кризиса ликвидности именно от решения этих проблем зависит, сможет ли Россия к 2020 г. войти в число государств-лидеров и стать страной с привлекательным образом жизни.
