Abstract

Территориальное разделение труда, специализация хозяйства регионов РФ в централизованной экономике осуществлялись с позиции интересов формирования единого народнохозяйственного комплекса. Переход к рыночным отношениям, рост политической и экономической самостоятельности регионов и смена парадигмы их развития, особая значимость в условиях рыночной экономики системных свойств региона предъявляют новые требования к формированию структуры хозяйства регионов.
