Abstract

Общественный сектор экономики выступает неотъемлемой составной частью экономической системы в странах с развитым рыночным хозяйством. Роль государства и его финансов в рамках современного общественного сектора обусловлена условиями смешанной рыночной экономики, в которой государство находится в положении партнера и конкурента частных фирм и несет ответственность за поставку специфических благ и услуг.
