Abstract

В статье рассматриваются институциональные аспекты экономического зонирования на примере эволюции Особой экономической зоны в Калининградской области России. Рассматриваются история происхождения ОЭЗ как результата «эксклавности», элементы path dependence и результаты ее воздействия на структуру экономики региона. Внимание уделяется формированию рентоориентированных мотиваций бизнес структур, последствиям нестабильности правил игры, примерам нецелевого использования института и другим институциональным аспектам.
