Оценка Инновационного Потенциала Территории С Развивающейся Экономикой

Abstract

По большинству показателей, характеризующих уровень инновационного развития, Россия уступает не только развитым странам, но и наиболее динамично развивающимся экономикам Индии, Китая. По данным Всемирного банка, в последние годы доходы России от экспорта высокотехнологичной продукции составляли всего 3 млрд.долл. США, что в 5 раз меньше показателя Таиланда и в 14 раз меньше показателя Франции. По числу инженеров и ученых Россия уступает лишь США и Японии (РФ 35 человек на 10 000 населения, США 41, Япония 51, Германия 32 и т.д.). Согласно официальным данным в России, в среднем инновациями занимаются 10% промышленных предприятий. Сопоставимые показатели для развитых стран 25-30% [5].
