Работать Или Не Работать После Пенсии: Гендерные Аспекты Выбора

Abstract

Старение населения в развитых странах мира ведет к росту пенсионной нагрузки на работающее население. В России этот процесс осложнен невысокой ожидаемой продолжительностью жизни, а так же тем, что разрыв достиг 14 лет. В работе осуществлено моделирование детерминант, влияющих на продолжение работы после пенсии для различных возрастных когорт, в том числе с учетом эндогенного выбора сектора занятости. Выявлено, что относительно молодые когорты пенсионеров больше настроены на продолжение работы, чем старшие поколения. Чем выше уровень образования пенсионера, тем выше вероятность работы после выхода на пенсию. При прочих равных женщины после выхода на пенсию чаще мужчин продолжают трудовую деятельность.
