Дискретная Трансформация Модели Корпоративного Управления В России

Abstract

Экономический фактор является, вероятно, самым важным из факторов корпоративной среды в силу его непосредственного воздействия на всеобъемлющие реформы в России. Бойко, Шлейфер и Вишни провели анализ экономики России и экономических реформ как факторов корпоративной среды, оценивая первичные причины приватизации как механизма реструктуризации российской экономики, и назвали эту стратегию моделью деполитизации. Авторы также используют приватизацию, которая является экономическим феноменом, в качестве политического, а не скорее экономического детерминанта реструктуризации при раскрытии деталей каждого из этапов приватизации.
