Выявление Влияния Динамики Глобализационных Процессов На Формирование Инфраструктуры Финансового Рынка

Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена исследованию формирующихся национальных финансовых рынков, которые в условиях финансового кризиса представляет собой сложные социально-экономические системы, поэтому для привлечения финансового капитала на эти рынки необходимо создать информационную инфраструктуру, снижающую рыночные риски и издержки, а также повышающую инвестиционную привлекательность экономики. Контроль информационных потоков на рынке осуществляет глобальный финансовый капитал, следовательно, инфраструктура современного рынка должна быть информационно-финансовая, технологическую основу которой образует онлайновая транснациональная система поставок активов под залог или на продажу против платежей.
