Земля Как Сфера Развития Арендных Отношений В Сельском Хозяйстве

Abstract

Аренда является методом хозяйствования на земле, когда усиливается степень концентрации производства, где арендные отношения выступают важным элементом экономического механизма земельного рынка. Однако в условиях слабого развития последнего, аренда становится основной формой перераспределения земель между землевладельцами и землепользователями в Ставропольском крае. Она упрощает и удешевляет процесс концентрации земель до наиболее оптимальных размеров для эффективного использования, позволяет быстро осуществить их передачу в пользу наиболее эффективного пользователя.
