Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы формирования пассивов банков в аспекте нехватки их собственных ресурсов и в целях обеспечения устойчивой деятельности. Дана классификационная характеристика пассивных операций и оценка целесообразной практики их осуществления в пределах задач, решаемых в современных условиях нехватки банковских ресурсов. Особо выделена проблематика превращения пассивов в активы банка с позиций сроков, масштабов, целесообразности и эффективности использования привлеченных средств.
