Анализ Состояния Малого Предпринимательства На Основе Метода Когнитивного Моделирования

Abstract

В работе представлены результаты исследования состояния малого предпринимательства в Ростовской области. В целях разработки рекомендаций по проектированию стратегии развития малого бизнеса и совершенствованию управления им была использована современная информационная технология исследования когнитивная. Согласно требованиям методологии была разработана когнитивная модель развития малого бизнеса для региональных условий. Проведение импульсного моделирования на разработанной когнитивной карте дало возможность среди многих импульсных процессов (сценариев развития малого бизнеса) обосновать и рекомендовать в качестве стратегии развития наиболее подходящий.
