Abstract

Современная финансово-кредитная ситуация в аграрном секторе определяется тем, что активно развиваются элементы рыночной системы кредитного обслуживания сельхозтоваропроизводителей. В 90-е годы ХХ в., когда разразился кризис неплатежей, начал развиваться товарный кредит, механизм которого сработал не в пользу предприятий аграрного сектора, так как посредством его происходило прямое и косвенное перераспределение значительной части созданной стоимости в сельском хозяйстве в пользу других отраслей, обслуживающих сельскохозяйственные предприятия. Этот вид кредита в условиях ограниченного доступа к денежному кредиту для сельскохозяйственных предприятий стал основным источником формирования заемных средств для сезонных нужд воспроизводственного процесса.
