Abstract

В статье освещена эффективность деятельности гостиничных организаций. Рассмотрены особенности процесса управления персоналом, влияющего на уровень эффективности комплекса гостиничных услуг. Предложены основные направления работы с трудовыми ресурсами ключевого фактора успеха в сфере гостеприимства.
