Abstract

В статье приводятся классификации основных форм хозяйствования и управления на рынке гостиничных услуг, а также международные тенденции его развития. Рассматриваются основные параметры создания эффективной системы управления и качественного развития рынка гостиничных услуг в Канаде и Китае странах-организаторах Олимпийских Игр. Дается оценка влияния олимпийского движения на экономическую среду города-организатора в качестве фактора развития рынка гостиничных услуг.
