Привлекательность Труда В Механизме Управления Трудовым Поведением Персонала

Abstract

Привлекательность труда — понятие, обозначающее наличие у трудового процесса положительных свойств, способных удовлетворить определенные человеческие потребности и в силу этого оказывающих влияние на расположенность людей к выполняемой работе. В практике привлекательность труда оценивается степенью удовлетворенности работника трудом, деятельностью, выполняемой работой. В данном случае удовлетворенность трудом понимается не только как удовлетворенность процессом, то есть содержательным аспектом взаимодействия работника с предметом труда, но и как удовлетворенность организацией, результатами и стимулированием этого процесса.
