Влияние Качества Услуг На Качество Жизни

Abstract

В статье прослеживается влияние качества услуг на качество жизни как процесс, имеющий циклический характер. Не только качество услуг определяет качество жизни, но и качество жизни формирует, по мере своего роста, новые потребности в услугах. Автором разработана модель, раскрывающая влияние качества услуг на качество жизни потребителей.
