Abstract

Развитие сферы малого бизнеса на мезоуровне предполагает, прежде всего, совершенствование управления этой сферой в рамках активно реализуемой в настоящее время государственной политики. Необходимо активное комплексное воздействие на внешнюю среду с одной стороны с целью превращения ее в более благоприятную для малого бизнеса и одновременно, с другой стороны, усиления действия малого бизнеса как фактора, формирующего устойчивое развитие экономики на мезои макроуровнях.
