Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы формирование профессиональных компетенций сотрудников крупных корпораций. Главной целью концепции управления знаниями является повышение эффективности работы персонала, подтверждением чего служат задачи и функциональные связи системы развития персонала, а также развитие системы корпоративного обучения.
