Abstract

В статье анализируется, что муниципально-частное партнерство выступает эффективным институтом совершенствования использования объектов муниципальной собственности в коллективных интересах. Оно представляет собой привлечение на контрактной основе органами муниципальной власти частного бизнеса для более результативного и качественного исполнения задач, относящихся к функциям публичного сектора.
