Abstract

В статье реализуются принципы методологического индивидуализма применительно к построению экономического механизма социальной ответственности бизнеса, экономическую основу которого составляют отношения, возникающие между бизнесом и обществом по поводу соблюдения всеми сторонами норм и правил, сформулированных в общественном договоре и представленных системой высоко специфицированных формальных и неформальных институтов.
