Асимметрия Социально-Экономического Развития Регионов Российской Федерации И Основные Направления Ее Ослабления

Abstract

В последние пятнадцать лет резко возросла неравномерность экономического развития регионов России, усилился многократный разрыв между регионами по важнейшим показателям регионального производства, уровня доходов и бедности, качества жизни населения, сохраняются угрозы российскому федерализму. Ослабление асимметрии социально-экономического развития субъектов РФ возможно только на основе ускоренного роста уровня жизни в наиболее депрессивных регионах, совершенствования функционирования вертикали власти, обеспечения оптимизации учета интересов федерации в целом и ее субъектов.
