Abstract

Теория хозяйственных порядков, акцентирующая свое внимание на национальных особенностях развития и функционирования хозяйственных систем может служить базой для теоретического осмысления фундаментальных институциональных изменений, а также для выработки действенных мер экономической политики. Основы теории хозяйственных порядков были заложены в трудах Ф. Листа [5]. Важными отличительными чертами работ Ф. Листа были во-первых, их практическая направленность на разработку мер экономической политики, во-вторых, теоретические модели строились с учетом конкретной институциональной специфики немецкой экономики.
