Abstract

Вопрос о гражданско-правовой ответственности один из наиболее сложных вопросов в цивилистической науке. Единого подхода к понятию ответственности не сложилось, и это обстоятельство влияет на отношения потерпевших с владельцами, деятельность которых связана с использованием источника повышенной опасности, при наличии оснований для применения тех или иных мер ответственности.
