Abstract

Проблема исследования концептуально-методологических и эмпирических аспектов управления земельно-имущественными отношениями государства закономерно предопределяет приоритет вопросов изучения современного состояния системы менеджмента муниципальных земельных ресурсов, анализа процедур формирования и совершенствования организационных структур управления земельно-имущественными отношениями, конкретизации его целей, задач, принципов, критериев, социально-экономических приоритетов и объектно-субъектных основ, а также исчерпывающей гносеологической трактовки феномена рыночно-институционального полиморфизма форм собственности на земельно-имущественные блага.
