Формирование Национальных Инновационных Систем

Abstract

К исследованиям инновационных процессов необходим системный подход, позволяющий выяснить объективную основу нововведений, их социально-экономическое действие, закономерности, условия возникновения и развития, разработать соответствующие методы воздействия на ход инновационных процессов, их структуру и оптимальные условия функционирования при конкретном уровне развития производительных сил и производственных отношений. Первые системы в их современном понимании сформировались на заре человечества. Росли масштабы систем, качественно другими становились элементы этих систем, связи между ними, но сами системы выполняли все те же задачи.
