Abstract

В настоящее время задачи, связанные с совершенствованием управления муниципальной собственностью, являются достаточно актуальными для России. В связи с переходом к рыночным отношениям произошло выделение муниципальной собственности как особого вида собственности, отличного как от государственной, так и от частной собственности. И, если государственный и частный вид собственности подробно исследовались в России до начала 90-х годов, то муниципальная собственность рассматривалась лишь как разновидность собственности государственной.
