Реализация Предпринимательских Проектов: Роль Различных Компонентов Системы Корпоративного Обучения

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты изучения роли различных компонентов системы корпоративного обучения торгового персонала, продвигающего продукты, находящиеся на этапе “зрелости” в своем цикле жизни. Оценка роли компонентов производилась по результатам аудита систем обучения в трех фармацевтических компаниях, полученные данные сравнивались с объемами продаж сходных лекарственных препаратов. Полученные результаты указывают на важную роль процесса коучинг в выработке навыков использования сложных технологий убеждения клиента.
