Abstract

В советский период проблема реализации, осуществления и пределов осуществления гражданских прав широко исследовалась в работах виднейших правоведов: Агаркова М. М., Алексеева С. С., Бару М. И., Братуся С. Н., Венедиктова А. В., Генкина Д. М., Грибанова В. П., Иоффе О. С., Кечекьяна С. Ф., Мицкевича А. В., Певзнера А. Г., Рясенцева В. А., Тархова В. А., Толстого Ю. К., Флейшиц Е. А., Явича Л. С, и многих-многих других. К сожалению, хотя после распада СССР эта проблема приобрела еще большую актуальность, научные исследования по данной теме, особенно на монографическом уровне, фактически прекратились.
