Abstract

Формирование рыночной системы хозяйствования, использование экономических методов управления привели к отказу от детерминированности развития социально-экономических систем и определили вероятностный характер стохастичности хозяйственного процесса. Произошедшие преобразования, обусловили целый ряд актуальных проблем, от решения которых зависит дальнейшее построение экономического механизма, обеспечивающего сбалансированное и стабильное развитие отраслей, формирующих агропромышленный комплекс.
