Внутренний Аудит И Внутренний Контроль

Abstract

В отечественной научной литературе и на практике часто недопонимается разница между сущностью и назначением внутреннего аудита и внутреннего контроля. Это происходит в связи с тем, что и внутренний аудит, и внутренний контроль, исходя из названий, можно считать видами контроля, функционирующими в рамках отдельных организаций. Однако не стоит рассматривать данные понятия в качестве синонимов, поскольку они имеют различную природу, разные сферы использования, неодинаковое назначение и по своей сути различны.
